Premier is looking for a Director of State and Local Compliance with expert knowledge and understanding of nonfederal campaign finance-related compliance regulations and requirements for multiple states and jurisdictions. This position serves as the subject matter expert regarding nonfederal campaign finance.

Responsibilities:
- Manage state and local campaign finance functions and workflow, ensuring that registrations, renewals, terminations, and periodic disclosure reports are accurate and timely filed in accordance with jurisdictional requirements
- Prepare, submit and/or maintain state and campaign finance registrations, amendments, terminations, and periodic disclosure reports
- Monitor developments in state and local laws, rules, regulations, and procedures
- Manage state and local compliance team members
- Interface with clients and their legal team on state and local campaign finance issues
Requirements:
- Superior knowledge and understanding of state and local disclosure and campaign finance laws and related regulations in multiple states and jurisdictions
- Extensive experience producing state and local campaign finance disclosure reports
- Proven management experience
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, advanced customer service skills and superior oral and written communication skills
- Expertise in Microsoft Office applications
Education & Experience:
Requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant compliance experience, or equivalent.
